Welcome to Our Lil' Bug blog! Thank you for stopping by. This is all about our 1st child. I (Erica) want to keep my journals through this blog so that way I won't forget about the small & big details. It can be about my pregnancy, my experience as a 1st time mama, my random ideas and last but not least, our sweet baby boy!

Meet Brian and Erica Green, (a.k.a. the parents) And Conner Vance Green! 
Brian---We usually call him BG. He is from Lowell, MI and is proud of it. He grew up with 5 sisters, no kidding! He is a big time Michigan State fan! Don't mess with him unless you have something good to say. He is crazy about football, basketball and baseball. He loves a good debate. He loves God and tries to be the best Christian leader for our family. His idea of a Saturday is relaxing on the couch and watch sports, maybe catch a little snooze. His favorite food is chicken parmesan!

Erica---Born in VA. & had lived in 4 different states. Her lil' family now lives in good ol' south in Georgia (for now). She is crazy about art, especially painting. She loves to shop at Target. Traveling & exploring is her favorite past time. She thinks that Big Band music is the best music ever. She also loves to be involve in her Deaf culture with sign language. French fries is the best thing since sliced bread! Her favorite drink is Dr. Pepper! She would even hide the last can in the back of the fridge so don't think about fighting for it!

HOW WE MET---heehee! Where can we start? College. That is where we met. BG had a cute crush over Erica (while she didn't). He did not know any sign language. It's mostly a way to communicate with her. Sure, she can heard and read lips. BG decided to hang out with some of her friends who could interpret for Erica. He didn't realized that Erica could talk until she told him to talk to her instead of the interpreter. So that made him even more challenging to "chase" her. To make this short, he asked Erica to date him 3 times before she said yes. Which took her a year and a half.

We dated for 7 months and got engaged. Then we got married 5 months later in a old childhood campground. It's where we official first met BG during our leadership training. We are so blessed that God allowed us to come together in His perfect plan. Later in 2010, we became pregnant with our first child. The choice to have a family is the best decision ever! =)

Conner---All he loves to do is eat, sleep and poop! haha! Ok ok...He does more than that. His favorite toy is his little piano and noisy stuffed animal with all the bells and whistles. Typical guy! His favorite solid food is banana and oatmeal. He also likes it when daddy comes home from work. He would just smile for the longest time! He loves to cuddle with mommy in the morning too. He has a favorite DVD to watch, Baby Einstein's Little Beethoven.
